The British brand Bentley Motors, in partnership with the construction company Dezer Development in Florida, released new illustrative images (renderings) of the luxurious project Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. The never-before-seen footage showcases the stunning views and exquisite detailing of the interiors of Bentley’s new Miami residential tower. The project will mark the British brand’s entry into the real estate sector and set new standards in the luxury segment. Dezer Development, a construction partner in the project, is one of the most renowned construction companies in Florida, responsible for several other luxury condominiums in Miami, such as the famous Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani Casa.
About Bentley Residences Sunny Isles Beach
Bentley Residences Miami will offer 216 residential units starting at $4.2 million. All units will come with a spacious gourmet balcony that, in addition to a barbecue and ample space for leisure, will have a private pool for the owner. The pool on the balcony is not new to the market! The Porsche Tower in Sunny Isles, also built by Dezer Development in partnership with the German brand, also features a rooftop pool with capacity for up to 10 people.
