The property measures 10,114 square feet. In addition, it has 11 bedrooms ,12 bathrooms, and three half-baths. Furthermore, it has a pool, dock, guest house, and boat lift. In addition, the home also has 100 feet of water frontage. North Bay Road is not a new territory for Jennifer Lopez. In fact, she owned a mansion at 5800 North Bay Road until 2015. She sold that property to Phil Collins for $33 million.
