Residences by Armani Casa is 60 stories and features 308 units. The developers of the project are Related Group and Dezer Development. During its opening event in 2020, the project was about 85% sold. Sales for the project slowed due to the pandemic. However, as Florida began to open up, sales picked up. Recently both penthouses sold for $7 million and $9 million.
The project, which secured a $305 million construction loan in 2016, truly brings luxury to the next level. Some of its amenities include a lounge, restaurant, cigar room, fitness center, two-story spa, pool, launge, and much more. In addition, the units range from two to six bedrooms. All of them include private elevator access, and feature summer kitchens.
This tower is truly a dream come true, and therefore it is no surprise that it had such a successful sellout. Furthermore, the developers of the tower have other exciting projects in the pipeline. Related Group recently launched sales for Baccarat Residences, while Dezer is partnering with Bentley for another car branded tower.
