Recently, Latin music artist Marc Anthony sold his Coral Gables Home. The Grammy-Winning artist sold his Bacardi-developed luxury real estate in Miami for $22.4 million. The beautiful Coral Gables home features 12 bedrooms. With a total of 21,000 square feet, this mansion truly brings luxury to the next level. Originally, the artist’s estate was on the market for $27 million.

The buyer of the estate remains unknown, and the deed has not yet hit records. However, when Marc Anthony first acquired the property, he paid about $19 million for it in 2018. The estate was sold to him by Hilda Maria Bacardi. She was the great, great- granddaughter of Bacardi founder. In fact, Bacardi spent eight years overseeing the home construction, and put the mansion up for sale in 2014 for $18 million. The price increased to $27 million once construction ended in 2016.

In addition, the Coral Gables home is located in a 1.3-acre corner property with over 450 feet of waterfront. Rafael Portuondo designed it. Furthermore, it includes a wine cellar, staff quarters, and a swimming pool.

Right now, many people are becoming interested in investing in real estate in Coral Gables. For example, in April former investment banker William McKinley Oborne III paid $30 million for an estate in the area. Singer-songwriter Pharell Williams also purchased a mansion in Coral Gables.
